NEW DELHI, Feb 28: The Prime Ministers Museum and Library (PMML) on Saturday celebrated the 130th birth anniversary of former PM Morarji Desai, and observed National Science Day as Vigyan Utsav here, which featured day-long events like Nukkad Nataks, free Virtual Reality shows and an exhibition for children.
