Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Monday hit out at Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi for allegedly violating parliamentary rules during the discussion on the Motion of Thanks to the President's Address, saying that despite repeated rulings by the Lok Sabha Speaker, the Congress leader continued to challenge the Chair and digressed from the subject, including raising the issue of the China border.
