Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Oct 15: Ram Paul Kapoor, a retired J&K Bank officer and proud son of the soil, brought glory to India and Jammu & Kashmir by representing the country at the 40th Budapest Hungary Mega Marathon.
