Excelsior Correspondent SRINAGAR, Oct 26: The two-day annual cultural festival “Rang-e-Chinar 2.0” concluded at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar with vibrant performances, artistic exhibitions, and massive participation that turned the campus into a hub of creativity and celebration.
