Repco Home Finance accepted the retirement of Mr. K. Pandiarajan from the position of General Manager - Chief Information Officer effective June 30, 2026. The company confirmed that Mr. Pandiarajan ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel from the close of business hours on the said date. This disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
