Rights' panel directs DGP to ensure full

Taking serious note of alleged custodial torture and conflicting medical reports, the Haryana Human Rights Commission (HHRC) has directed the Director General of Police (DGP), Haryana, to issue instructions to ensure a full-body medical examination of accused persons at the time of arrest.
