Russia's diamond miner Alrosa eyes India foray with a polishing facility

Russian diamond giant Alrosa is set to establish a polishing plant in India, marking its first international expansion. The company plans to invest $50 million, aiming to boost India's position as a global manufacturing hub. Alrosa will also launch co-branded luxury jewellery lines and implement blockchain technology for supply chains.
