Sagility acquires CareSeed to strengthen AI

Sagility has acquired US-based CareSeed to expand its AI-led healthcare quality and Medicare Advantage capabilities. The acquisition strengthens Sagility’s HEDIS reporting, chart abstraction and regulatory analytics offerings, combining CareSeed’s Forecast and Harvest platforms with Sagility’s clinical and AI-led services to build an integrated quality operations framework for US health plans.
