SAMPANN (System for Accounting and Management of Pension) is a digital platform developed by the Office of the Controller General of Communication Accounts for pensioners under the Department of Telecommunications. Launched on December 29, 2018, by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it digitizes the entire pension lifecycle—from processing and disbursement to accounting and grievance redressal.
