Samsung Electronics will initially focus its robotics business on automating manufacturing operations before expanding to commercial and consumer markets, CEO Roh Tae-moon said at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. He added that robotics will be a key area for future mergers and acquisitions, alongside HVAC, automotive parts and medical technology, as Samsung accelerates AI-led innovation across products.
