Sasken appoints V. Suryanarayanan as Independent Director

Sasken Technologies appointed V. Suryanarayanan as an Additional Director in the Independent Category effective June 12, 2026, for a term of up to five consecutive years. The appointment, subject to member approval at the 38th Annual General Meeting, adds a veteran finance leader to the Board. Suryanarayanan, a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience, previously served as Executive Vice President and Group CFO of Mphasis Ltd.
