Sharda Motor FY26 Net Profit Rises 9.3%; Declares Dividend

Sharda Motor Industries Limited announced its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a standalone net profit of ₹ 34,155.02 lakh, up from ₹ 31,249.05 lakh in the previous year. Revenue from operations for FY26 stood at ₹ 3,39,677.10 lakh. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹ 20 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
