Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Nirupam defended the proposed Bihar Bhawan in Navi Mumbai, saying it is meant to house cancer patients visiting Tata Memorial Hospital. Amid MNS opposition, he said Bihar is funding the project and Maharashtra has allotted land. Bihar minister Ashok Choudhary also asserted that no party can stop the humanitarian project.
