Shree Renuka Sugars seeks nod for Rs 3,072.1 Cr AWL deal

Shree Renuka Sugars Limited has announced a postal ballot to secure shareholder approval for a five-year marketing arrangement with AWL Agri Business Limited. The deal, valued at approximately Rs. 3,072.1 Crores, covers the sale and distribution of Madhur brand sugar. Shareholders can cast their votes via remote e-voting from May 30 to June 28, 2026.
