Excelsior Correspondent UDHAMPUR/JAMMU, Jan 30: Sher-I-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA), Udhampur and SDRF 2nd Battalion, Headquarters Gandhi Nagar, Jammu today solemnly observed Martyrs Day by paying homage to the brave souls who laid down their lives for the nation.
