Excelsior Correspondent KATRA, May 30: Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Technology Business Incubation Centre (SMVDU TBIC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute Incubation and Innovation Council (I3C), IIT Jammu to strengthen collaboration in startup incubation, innovation and entrepreneurship.
