Spain's Antolin to put India business on block for €150 million

Spanish auto components maker Grupo Antolin is planning to sell its India operations for €150 million. The company has engaged advisors for the sale. Grupo Antolin supplies global passenger vehicle makers and has customers like Tata Motors and Mahindra and Mahindra in India. PwC is facilitating the sale process.
