Sumedha Fiscal Services Ltd has withdrawn its proposed preferential issue of 4,00,000 equity shares and 2,50,000 convertible warrants, initially valued at ₹2,66,82,500, due to volatile market conditions and the investor's unwillingness to proceed. Consequently, the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for June 11, 2026, and the associated remote e-voting process have been cancelled. Notices regarding the cancellation were published in the Financial Express and Aajkaal on June 08, 2026.
