Suryakumar Yadav underwent surgery for a sports hernia in Munich in late June. He turned out to bat for the first time in the nets at the BCCI Centre of Excellence. This gives a major boost to India ahead of the Asia Cup as Suryakumar will be leading the team during the tournament.
