Fitness trainer Jitendra Chouksey praised entrepreneur Nithin Kamath (46) and his wife Seema Patil (45) for their inspiring fitness, noting that despite having overcome a stroke and cancer, respectively, they have achieved optimal health biomarkers through commitment and consistency. However, consultant dietitian Kanikka Malhotra points out that achieving optimal biomarkers goes beyond just "hard work," attributing their recovery to a holistic combination of consistent sleep, nutrition, stress management, medical follow-up, and personalized interventions. Malhotra cautions that comparing their fitness to people in their 20s oversimplifies the biology of recovery, which is also heavily influenced by genetics, quality healthcare, and early detection. Ultimately, she asserts that true health is about respecting one's physiology, maintaining consistency with the basics, and adhering to a plan grounded in medical science, rather than focusing on comparison or extremes.
