Excelsior Correspondent KATHUA, May 26: Driving the vision of innovation-led agriculture and rural empowerment, a 5-day training and sensitization programme on “Soil Health Management and Exotic Crop Cultivation” commenced at the Industrial Biotech Park, Gathi, Kathua.
