Two centralised cadres in works for revenue and expenditure audits

The Comptroller and Auditor General will establish two central audit cadres for revenue and expenditure. This move aims to enhance expertise and improve the quality of central government financial audits. Over 4,000 audit professionals will be part of these specialized streams.
