Universal Cables Limited has fixed July 27, 2026, as the record date for its 81st Annual General Meeting and final dividend payment for FY26. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹4.50 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval. The company reported a 25.50% increase in standalone revenue to ₹302267.33 lakhs and a 68.52% rise in net profit to ₹9652.87 lakhs for the year.
