US Department of Labor resumes processing of LCAs for H

The Department of Labor's Foreign Labor Application Gateway (FLAG) system is now operational, resuming processing for employer requests for prevailing wages and labor certifications. This follows a temporary halt due to a federal funding lapse, which caused significant backlogs. Employers can now file new applications, but should anticipate extended processing times as the OFLC works to stabilize operations.
