Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday inaugurated the newly constructed state-of-the-art Sports Complex in Roorkee, developed by the Haridwar-Roorkee Development Authority (HRDA) for Rs 3.75 crore.
