Vedanta Iron & Steel Limited has appointed M/s S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP as its statutory auditors effective July 01, 2026, filling a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors on June 12, 2026. The new auditors will serve until the next Annual General Meeting.
