World Bank to release another $200 million for Amaravati capital project by December

The World Bank is set to release another $200 million for Amaravati's first phase development by year-end. This follows an initial $207 million disbursement. The World Bank and ADB are jointly funding $1600 million for the project. The Centre will also contribute Rs 1400 crore. Regular inspections by funding agencies are ongoing.
