Indian chess player Arjun Erigaisi won bronze at FIDE World Rapid Championship, while Koneru Humpy won bronze in the women’s section. Erigaisi’s podium finish also secured him a spot in the Total Chess World Championship Tour. Despite controversy, Magnus Carlsen claimed the title with a one-point lead.
