Yaap Digital Limited has appointed Jigesh Shah as its Chief Financial Officer effective July 10, 2026, following the resignation of Shyamal Madhvi, who transitions to the role of Finance Head. The Board approved the change to align with evolving business requirements after the demise of Managing Director Atul Hegde. Mr. Shah, a Chartered Accountant with over 27 years of experience, joins from Yash Raj Films Private Limited.
